What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ starts from 1,000 units per product for stock formulas. Custom formulations may have a different MOQ depending on ingredients and packaging – contact us for exact figures.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. We can provide existing stock-formula samples so you can evaluate texture, scent and performance before placing an order. Custom sample development is also available.
How long does production take?
Sampling typically takes 7-15 days, and bulk production usually takes 25-35 days after artwork and formula approval, depending on order size and packaging.
Can you develop a completely custom formula?
Absolutely. Our in-house laboratory develops bespoke formulas based on your target concept, actives, texture and claims, including full stability and safety testing.
Which certifications do you hold?
Our production follows GMPC and ISO 22716 standards. We can supply MSDS, COA, ingredient declarations and support FDA registration and other market-specific compliance.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We export to clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and beyond, and assist with export documentation and freight.
